Background
NDAYI Consulting is 100% owned by Sicelo Msomi, a registered Chartered Accountant (SA). The company is
fairly new as a legally registered entity but Mr. Msomi has more than 10 years experience in
the fields of Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation.
We are a consulting firm specializing in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation and other advisory services which serve individuals,
private sector, local government, public entities, provincial
departments and as well as national government.
In terms of talent attraction, we do not compromise on quality, NDAYI Consulting employs the best candidates the market
can offer as well as developing our own. Included in our team are professional accountants and auditors. Our
team comprises of members of professional bodies such as the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants
(SAICA), Association for Certified Fraud Examiners South Africa Chapter (ACFE) and the
Independent Regulatory Board of Auditors(IRBA).
To ensure that we empower the public sector our core business is public sector accounting and auditing
where we guarantee the transfer of skill in financial management, in terms of the Municipal Management
Act(MFMA), as well as the Public Finance Management Act(PFMA).
Our head office is in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, and we extend our services to all provinces.
